How to change your thoughts.
things which you see or watch most or spent the time with them most you will
get that type of thoughts .If you will leave with millionaire you will think
like millionaire if you will leave with robbers you will think like them so so
pent your time with good things and also watch good things
1.Practice mindfulness. Mindfulness detach you from your
thoughts and emotions . During mindfulness you will learn that how to view
your thoughts and feelings . Mindfulness control your emotional reaction .
2.Use a thoughts diary . Thoughts diary will use to change your
thinking . Thoughts diary will help you to understand your thinking style
.Hows your thoughts are negative or positive .
In CBT (psychology) use this method for treatment.
3.Talk with positive people. When you talk with good people's you
also feel positive .
4.Read fiction and nonfiction books .when you read book your mind
leave busy it doesn't have time to think unuseful thoughts .
When you read book your mind is diverted from negativity and taking some
positive energy.
After reading you fell positive motivated and energetic.
5.Use poster or notes .use some motivational quotes poster or some
good thoughts or any other painting in your living room or your office where
your eyes gone mostly .when you will see that your eyes will see that and
you will always think like that as your quote or painting is .
You can also write your gaol on paper and apply it on a wall it will
motivate you whenever you will see it .
6.Do creative work.when you do some creativity work like drawing ,
painting , calligraphy or any other some creative work it keep your mind
busy and doesn't allow the bad thoughts in your mind
7.Helps others when you help others you feel very good
8.Have a smile on your face when you smile it release happiness
harmone in your body and give you the some positive energy .
